What steps should I take to prepare for a session?

To ensure a successful quantum hypnosis session, it is important to prepare yourself beforehand. The session involves guiding you into a deep state of relaxation and accessing the subconscious mind. To prepare, it is recommended that you let go of any expectations about what will happen during the session. By doing so, you open yourself up to receiving the necessary information and healing. Additionally, you can bring along 10-15 questions or topics that you would like to explore during the session. While it is not mandatory, it can help guide the session in a direction that is meaningful to you. It is also advisable to limit your consumption of alcohol and caffeine before the session, although if this is not possible, it will not negatively impact the session.

Will I be fully conscious during the session?

During the majority of quantum hypnosis sessions, individuals remain conscious and aware of their surroundings. However, there may be rare occasions where some individuals may not be fully conscious. This can vary from person to person and is not a cause for concern. The main objective of the session is to access the deeper levels of the mind, where valuable information and healing can take place. Whether you are fully conscious or not, the session will still be effective in achieving its intended purpose.

Will I remember what happens during the session?

While many people are aware and conscious during the session, it is common for the level of awareness to gradually fade after the session concludes. As you return to your normal daily life, the details of the session may become less vivid in your memory. However, to ensure that you have a record of the session, all sessions are recorded via audio. This allows you to revisit the session and listen to it again, helping to reinforce any insights or information that may have been shared during the session. The audio recording serves as a valuable tool for reflection and integration of the session's content into your life.
